OROVILLE — Truckloads of soil amendment to aid with water conservation and carbon storage were delivered on Monday to the Riverbend Park soccer fields.
The fields, along with most of the park, are being reconstructed following flooding damages from the Oroville Dam spillway crisis of February 2017. Reducing water use is a key component in the park redesign, which is being done by Melton Design Group.
