Melissa is a local, having grown up in Paradise and Chico and started at MDG in June of 2022 as an intern after graduating from Chico High School.  Shortly after starting at MDG, they quickly fell in love with using their creativity to help others feel more connected to nature.  They have a Green Thumb, an extensive plant collection and find immense joy in being in nature.  They are a very skilled artist and are currently in the process of getting their BA in Landscape Architecture.
